Abstract

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 5 of the Kerala Disaster and Public Health Emergency (Special Provisions) Ordinance, 2020 (30 of 2020) and in view of the declaration of Corona Virus (Covid-19) as a notified disaster affecting the entire State, there is a public health emergency situation, the Government of Kerala hereby defer the pay and allowances in part, to the extent of 20 percent of the total monthly pay and allowances (six days) due to an employee and teacher employed by the Government, an employee employed in any institution owned or controlled or aided by the Government
